"I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, from May 31 to June 1. I booked the hotel three weeks in advance through the “Trip” app, and I successfully paid for it within the app. (I still have the receipt, and the payment record is still in the Trip app.) On the night of May 31, when I checked in, everything went smoothly, and the check-in staff didn’t mention any issues, except that I had to pay a $150 deposit. One day later, Bank of America notified me that $330 had been withdrawn from my bank account by this hotel. I met with the hotel manager in person to ask for the reason, and the manager informed me that my previous payment had not gone through, so I had to pay that amount now. I was truly shocked, and I showed the manager the receipt of the payment I made through the Trip app, but the manager still didn’t accept it and demanded further confirmation from my bank to prove that I had paid for the hotel. Since it was during my check-out process, I didn’t have enough time to retrieve proof from my bank account to demonstrate this, so I temporarily set the issue aside to resolve later. I cannot understand why the hotel staff withdrew money from my personal bank account without my permission and, at the same time, how the Trip app and the hotel coordinated regarding the payment that was already made."

"What a great place to stay. The staff was Excellent the cafe was great and the location to the stadium is across the street. Don't forget about the bar on the rooftop. "The room is a suite with a sofa and a small round table in the living room, which is very convenient for staying in the room for a longer time. The room also has a refrigerator, microwave, and many cups. It is very suitable for staying for a few days on vacation. You can buy some food for yourself. "Breakfast is a rip off. You need to make reservations in advance and wait for a table for at least 40 minutes. After entering and ordering, you have to wait at least another 30 minutes. 20% service charge is required. The scenery is not bad, by the sea 🏝️ but a bit far from the city."

고고누고누The cost of living in San Diego is so scary that I stayed at a hostel for a few days during my business trip. Since I had to walk to the convention center while walking, I was scared because there were a lot of homeless people and old people near Petco Park, which was like a homeless village. There is a cheap grocery store nearby, and it is cheaper than Walmart. The facilities are okay, and I actually went there after seeing that there was an employee who spoke Korean, but I didn't hear a single word of Korean. It is definitely a good place to stay if you want to stay quietly.

FFussy BeeThe greater the hope, the greater the disappointment. Let's talk about the good things about this hotel first. The sanitation of the room and corridor is good, the taste of the breakfast is also OK, and the location of the hotel is good. The USS Midway aircraft carrier is not far from the window. But for some reason, there is always a harsh and annoying sound outside the window. At first, we thought it was the sound of some electrical appliances. After a while, we realized that it might be due to the design of the building itself. The noise caused by the wind outside the high-rise window. This continuous noise seriously affected our rest. Another thing we are not satisfied with is the design and layout of the room. We live in a corner king-size bed room. The room area is very small. The sofa and TV are placed not far from the entrance of the room. The air conditioner is facing the sofa, and the cold wind blows directly at people. The design is very unreasonable. The bathroom is large, but the strange thing is that the washbasin is designed to be very narrow and the shower area is not large enough. It is almost difficult for tall guests to move and turn around in it. In addition, the frosted large glass window in the bathroom is too transparent, and a movable curtain should be installed to block the light. The last thing that made us unhappy with this hotel was that they charged $12 per package for storage. This is unheard of and simply incomprehensible.

GGuest UserNice hotel. Everything is clean and up to date. Hotel has an included breakfast (typical hotel type). Convenient location in hotel circle makes it easy to get to where you're going each day. You do have to drive a little for most dining options. Parking is $20 per night (depending on who checks you in they may reduce it to $10, but make sure they actually do that on your bill. I've had them say that and then when I check my credit card they charged the full amount). That's why they only get 2 stars for service on this trip.

Room is small but clean. Has a hair dryer and iron.
Did not seem to have room service included but it didn't bother me as I was only there for a short stay.
In general a great place for a solo traveller to stay for a short time.

DDanaTorWe had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean. From the moment I entered the lobby I got a fresh clean floral aroma, I knew that was a good sign. The receptionist were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit older but they are well taken care of and clean. We will definitely be staying here again!

HHelenaI have never encountered such an incompetent front desk person. She seemed very confused, as if it were her first day on the job and would consider placing her away from the customers to spare them. Firstly, my room did not have a heater. Rather than fix the situation by moving me to a room with a heater, I was told that I couldn't be moved because no one would be able to clean the room. What kind of an excuse is that?! Don't fix the heater and move someone else into the room so they can be uncomfortable on a 49 degree San Diego evening? That only sounds fabulous if I am having hot flashes, which I am not. I will say that the room was clean when I entered and want to give the room cleaning staff a shout out since they are truly doing their job.
How about fix the heater and you won't have to worry about moving someone into another room because heaters weren't fixed. When I pay for a room, I expect all features to be functional and am not really concerned about how you will clean the room when I depart from it. I really hope that management sees this and ensures that all elements in a room are working and teach their front desk staff to do better.
